What I like about this business is honesty and transparency. Our daughter's car had an interesting situation that took some time to effectively troubleshoot and remedy. We're from out-of-town, and it was a bit disappointing to have to extend the trip, but John was empathetic. It's not easy to deliver bad news, but John did a great job keeping us informed and explaining daily progress. What I like most is that he took my daughter's safety as critically as I did. His line, "I wouldn't release a car to anyone unless I'm comfortable that MY family could drive it to California" won me as a customer for life!

Kody, We are very sorry you are disappointed with the state of your 2011 f-150 with 219211 miles. You had the truck towed to us with a no start condition. What was not disclosed to us was that someone had been removing and testing the starting system before we got it. We spent the better part of 2 hours trying to figure what had been done and fix it, before we could begin to diagnosis what was truly the failure of your starting system. When called to tell you this, you decline the work. The deteriorated state of your truck and the previous un finished work was not our doing, nor are we responsible for that state of condition. We attempted to help you, disclosing what we saw. We did not charge you a dime. We are confused at the fact we cost you anything but our time at no cost to you.
John and all the folks at Platinum Wrench are the real deal. They have worked both on my personal vehicles and all of our vehicles from our office. They have done everything from the basic fleet management stuff for our work trucks to the typical issues I had w/ the 15 year old truck. They've never let us down.

Going to an auto repair place never really gives you a warm fuzzy feeling. More like fear and anxiety of price and outcome! I've been coming to Platinum Wrench now for @7 years, with multiple vehicles. Horrible repair experience, brought in my Nissan rogue for motor mount replacement and motor is still shaking after hundreds $$ on repairs 🤬🤬🤬Poor quality mechanic work!! Do not recommend to anyone!!
After an exhausting look through a year and a half repairs on Nissan rogues. We have have not seen any rogues that we have done motor mounts on. We can only presume that you have the wrong shop. This one star review is unwarranted. Had their been a problem that we were made aware of we would have taken care of you. Our warranty extends to 12 months or 12k. With the heading of CGHN we have no way of reaching you. Please reach back out so we may help you. We have never declined any warranty claims on repairs we have done.

First off, I do not regularly leave reviews but this establishment really impressed me I could go on forever but "short story long" I was more than satisfied. Platinum wrench and their staff are kind, helping, honest and complete the work as they say the will. I got a new fuel pump since mine blew out, they realized the lines around it were cracked and HAD to be replaced for everything to work properly. It was all done at a fair price. I left the shop and all of a sudden my gas cap light was on. It's a 2010 Dodge Ram truck that had a bad fuel pump for a while causing shuddering at stop lights, pickup issues etc. which I didn't realize in the beginning. Then the check engine light turned on, I started to panic. Long story short... the folks at this establishment assured me that my truck had a great new pump and fuel lines and it just wasn't used to something that was SUPPOSED TO WORK. I did a hard reset, disconnecting the negative terminal on the battery for 30 minutes. When I fired her back up, all lights were off and I now know what a 5.7L V8 Hemi is supposed to feel like. Thank you all for your patience with all of my questions and guidance through this process. I will be using you for routine oil changes, maintenance and routine inspections. These folks are a class act and will take care of you. Not many places in town will take care of your vehicle like they can. Please give them a try.
