We’ve been taking our Fleet vehicles from our company Easy Living with Technology here for years. And John has always led us in the right direction on what things need to be done to our vehicles. He’s been in the industry for decades and it shows. All 4 of our trucks have been in tip top shape with great maintainence. Your vehicle is your lifeline for work. So I decided it was time to take my 2019 Toyota Corolla in for service because it hit 75k and I heard some slight squealing from the engine bay. The transmission was feeling a bit odd leaving a stop light. So I asked John what would he recommend? They did a transmission fluid change, coolant change, found that the serpentine belt was loose(the squealing) and shot so they changed that. Of course an oil change and I needed the tires rotated and balanced(do that to make sure you don’t bald out your tires on the front or back!) Did a full inspection on the car and I did everything John said he recommended. And when I drove it home… it was like a brand new car again. Super smooth. Thanks again John and the Techs!

What I like about this business is honesty and transparency. Our daughter's car had an interesting situation that took some time to effectively troubleshoot and remedy. We're from out-of-town, and it was a bit disappointing to have to extend the trip, but John was empathetic. It's not easy to deliver bad news, but John did a great job keeping us informed and explaining daily progress. What I like most is that he took my daughter's safety as critically as I did. His line, "I wouldn't release a car to anyone unless I'm comfortable that MY family could drive it to California" won me as a customer for life!
